This is a 100% small business set-aside for the manufacture and delivery of two nozzle assemblies for the C/KC-135 aircraft, subject to specific Boeing Rights Guard and Export Control certification requirements. The delivery of the two units is required no later than April 21, 2026, to the DLA Distribution Depot at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. The acquisition is for a firm fixed-price contract, and offerors must be certified for both Export Control and Boeing Rights Guard procedures to access the necessary technical data package. The government reserves the right to adjust the final quantity and award based on proposal quality and pricing, and a reverse auction may be conducted. There is no first article test requirement for this procurement.
