This is a procurement for 52 spare stator generator units for the F-15E aircraft, with delivery of one unit per month required from May 2025 through August 2029. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources, specifically identifying Safran Power USA LLC as a qualified source, and states this notice is not a request for competition. Performance requires compliance with Item Unique Identification (IUID) requirements. The solicitation will be available electronically, and an ombudsman is appointed to address contractor concerns.
