This is a procurement for 55 spare liquid quantity indicators for the E-3 aircraft, with delivery of all units required by April 18, 2026. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources, specifically identifying Simmonds Precision Products Inc. as a qualified source. While this is a notice of intent and not a formal request for competition, proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered. The solicitation will be available for electronic download, and an ombudsman is appointed to address concerns.
