This is a procurement for 37 spare liquid quantity indicators for F-16 aircraft, with delivery of all units required by December 21, 2026. The performance location is specified as destination SW3211. The notice states the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources, as the supplies are available from a limited number of responsible sources.
