This procurement is for eight F100 Hot Section Module engine core assemblies, with delivery required by April 30, 2025, to SW3211. The Government intends to solicit and compete with only a limited number of sources, and currently identifies RTX Corporation as the only known source capable of meeting the requirements. An Ombudsman is available to confidentially address concerns from potential offerors. The Government is not using commercial item procedures for this acquisition, but parties may identify their capability to provide a commercial alternative within 15 days of the notice. All requests and questions must be submitted in writing or by fax, not by telephone.
