This is a sole-source requirement to add an item to an existing contract, requesting a 20% cost reduction and a 25% reduction in lead time. The contractor must provide pricing for a quantity range of 144 to 290 or 291 units, with a delivery deadline of 30 August 2027 for the primary quantity. All services and deliveries are to be performed at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma. A First Article Test will be required if the OEM selects a new subcontractor. The contract period is for one year.
