Amendment to update responsde date to Feburary 1, 2025. MEMORANDUM FOR FILE SUBJECT: Micro-purchase Exception was taken to this requirement solicitation SPRTA1-25-Q-0124 for PR 24-00977 of the synopsis publicizing IAW with FAR Subpart 13.2 Actions At or Below the Micro-Purchase Threshold. This requirement was expected to be at or below the micro-purchase threshold and all pre and post solicitation requirements were exempt per above FAR reference. Therefore, synopsis and all pre and post solicitation requirements were waived as this acquisition was not expected to exceed the micro-purchase threshold. The contractors were contacted directly and was able to respond electronically.
