A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The item, estimated quantities and required deliveries are as follows: Quantity: LINE ITEM 0001: Cell, Fuel, Aircraft Destination: SW3211 / Tinker AFB, OK 73145-8000 Delivery: 9 EA Starting 04 Mar 2024 through 04 Jul 2024 at a rate of 2 per month. Required Quantity: 9 each Quantity Range: (Min – 2 each / Max – 14 each) Qualified Source: ASES, LLC. (Cage: 1NNE7), Amfuel (Cage: 05476), Meggitt (Rockmart), Inc. (Cage: 56221). Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from Offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Far Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
