See Attached. The purpose of this RFP Amendment is to re-open (un-cancel) SPRTA1-22-R-1204 and accept all proposals that were already submitted on or before the 18 July 2022 closing date. Since this RFP was closed on or after 18 July 2022 when proposals were all already submitted the Government is hereby re-opening this effective immediately and only accepting those proposals that were submitted on or before 18 July 2022. All the original terms and conditions of the original RFP will apply.
