Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestors are acceptable. The purposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and compete with only a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Currently, Hamilton Sundstrand (CAGE code 73030) is the only known source that can satisfy the Government requirements. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
