Total Line Item Quantity: This synopsis is to reprice these items on the Northrop Grumman subsumable contract SPRTA1-19-D-0001. These items are sole sourced to Northrop-Grumman Systems Corporation (CAGE 78JW8). The terms and conditions of the Northrop Grumman Umbrella contract SPE4AX-18-D-9443, and subsumable contract SPRTA1-19-D-0001 will apply to the re-price of these NSNs to the Long Term Contract. A firm fixed price order may be issued as a result of this synopsis and eventual solicitation, and will be “DX” rated under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) (15 CFR 700. First Article Note: First Article requirements for parts 1560-01-465-0736FW PN: DAA3213A301-036 and 1560-01- 464-5559FW PN: DAA3213A301-035 are covered under previously awarded and currently ongoing contract SPRTA1-21-F-0016. If First Article units presented under prior contract SPRTA1-21-F-0016 fail First Article testing, any resulting contractual effort for follow-on units will be Terminated at No-Cost to either party. 9. Mandatory Language: The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302.
