This replaced the previous letter RFQ (sole sourced to Hamilton Sundstrand (99167), AMC code 4P) SPRTA1-19-Q-0758 posted to to Sam on 16 Oct 2019. Both RFQ's had issues posting to Sam.gov (previously FedBizOpps, previously beta.sam) therefore this is re-posted here.
