The Defense Logistics Agency at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is conducting market research via a Sources Sought Synopsis to identify qualified sources for spares associated with 150 kW and 30 kW Frequency Converters in support of the UAE PATRIOT program. The spares effort includes procurement, inspection, integration, testing, and production-related responsibilities such as supply chain management, logistics, long-lead procurement, obsolescence management, and final delivery. The contemplated award is a Firm Fixed Price action on the existing RTX Long Term Contract to Raytheon Missiles & Defense, CAGE Code 05716, using other than full and open competition because only one responsible source is currently identified. The Government encourages all business types, including 8(a), small business, small disadvantaged business, SDVOSB, HUBZone, and women-owned small business concerns, to identify themselves and seek source approval for future competitions.
