The Government proposes to acquire the Air Defense Interrogator (ADI) TPX-57A(V)1 Hardware Upgrade- Phase II to add to the new Raytheon Corporate Contract. The Raytheon Corporate Contract is in the process of being finalized. Until then, the Defense Logistics Agency is continuing to issue solicitations against the new contract, which is being worked under SPRBL1-25-R-0001. The ADI will be placed on the new indefinite delivery requirements type contract (Contract number TBD) to support the PATRIOT’s Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) system in support of Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC). TPX-57A(V)1 PN: 4083500-0504 Please request Statement of Work (SOW) for details. Must be Joint Certification Program (JCP) certified to be eligible to receive the SOW. This item is restricted to: Raytheon Collins Aerospace, CAGE CODE: 06845. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) having only a limited number of responsible sources. The data needed to acquire these parts competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. It is contemplated that this award will be made to Raytheon Collins Aerospace CAGE Code: 06845, utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(1), having only one responsible source. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(1) having only a limited number of responsible sources. The Government is interested in all businesses to include 8(a), small business and small disadvantaged business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. All contractors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be registered as a potential source.
