Sole Source to Raytheon | Ukraine PATRIOT Depot Test Equipment (DTE)

Notice ID:SPRRA2-27-R-SP03

DLA at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is conducting market research via this Sources Sought Synopsis to identify qualified sources for Ukraine PATRIOT system operational readiness, including depot test stations, site surveys, FRD, installation, on-the-job training, IKEE kits, Gold Units/Emulators as required, and five years of test station spares. The contemplated award is expected to go to Raytheon (CAGE 05716) on an other-than-full-and-open-competition basis under FAR 6.302-1(a)(1) as the only responsible source. Although the effort is currently sole-source, the government is interested in all businesses, including 8(a), small business, small disadvantaged, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned small business concerns, and contractors must meet prequalification requirements to be registered as potential sources. Interested firms capable of producing the required items are encouraged to identify themselves and seek source approval by emailing the listed POCs. The contractor would be responsible for recurring/nonrecurring engineering to become qualified, all manufacturing/production aspects such as supply chain, logistics, forecasting, long-lead procurement, obsolescence, and final delivery, plus any additional costs; this notice is for planning only and is not a solicitation.
