This amendment changes the contract from a 3-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) arrangement to a Single Purchase Contract. Several specific Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) and associated IDIQ and First Article Testing clauses have been deleted. Certified cost and pricing data is required for proposals exceeding $2,500,000. The solicitation closing date has been extended. All other original terms and conditions remain in effect.
