This amendment extends the closing time for proposals to 3:00 PM Central Time on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Submitted proposals must remain valid for a minimum of 120 days from that closing date, or until Thursday, July 23, 2026. All other original terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
