The government intends to procure support for a five-day Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM) for the Bradley TOW Missile Launcher program under an existing contract, with no competitive proposals sought. The contractor will provide subject matter experts to help define the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) strategy, assess sustainment and phase-out impacts for legacy launchers, and outline a future capability roadmap. This acquisition is restricted to On Point Defense Technologies LLC under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) due to limited responsible sources and unavailable data for competitive solicitation. Firms that can produce the required item are encouraged to identify themselves and may seek source approval to compete for future solicitations. Foreign firms must process requests through their respective embassies.
