The Government proposes to acquire on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) One Timem Buy (OTB) contract a quantity of 8 CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY, NSN: 5998-01-4763147, Part Number: 64221, in support of the M-TD weapon system. Funds will be obligated at time of contract award. This requirement is a sole sourced procurement to VIAVI SOLUTIONS LLC, Cage Code: 51190. The AMC/ASMC code for this procurement is “3Z”. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(1) having only a limited number of responsible sources. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
