This is a sources sought notice for market research, not a solicitation, for the acquisition of a LINK ASSY,SERVO INP (NSN/PN) in support of the BLACKHAWK weapon system, with the Defense Logistics Agency activity located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The Government does not own the data rights and considers reverse engineering uneconomical, so the current procurement is limited to one responsible source under FAR 6.302-1(a)(1). Interested businesses—including 8(a), small, small disadvantaged, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned small business concerns—must meet prequalification requirements and seek source approval to be considered for future solicitations. The selected contractor must handle all manufacturing and production aspects, including supply chain management, logistics, long-lead parts, and final delivery, plus recurring and nonrecurring engineering services needed to become a qualified source. Responses are voluntary and informational only, with no funds available to pay for preparation and no commitment to award.
