This correspondence constitutes a letter solicitation to award NSN 1615-01-395-0006, against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) SPE4A1-25-G-0008. All terms and conditions of your proposal must be in accordance with those of SPE4AX-25-G-0008 and will apply to any resultant award of this solicitation. In reply, please reference Solicitation Number SPRRA1-25-R-0030. The Government requests your best pricing and delivery terms based on a one-time buy quantity of 45 each with delivery to Corpus Christi, TX 78419-5255. This requirement has been advertised as a Contract Opportunity on the SAM.gov website for viewing by the general public. If another supplier indicates interest in responding to the requirement as a result of viewing the synopsis, a formal solicitation will be issued to accommodate that supplier The acquisition specialist and point of contact for this solicitation would like to draw your attention to some of the requirements of this solicitation along with information that will be detailed in the attachments: Contractor First Article Test (FAT) IS required. FAT unit shall NOT be retained as a material standard and will be shipped as part of the last lot accepted. Test item will NOT be destroyed as part of testing. Flight Safety/Critical Safety Item (CSI) IS required. Production Lot Testing (PLT) is NOT required. SNRR Markings ARE required. The Army Maintenance Management System – Aviation (TAMMS-A) are IS required. Item Unique Identification (IUID) markings ARE required IAW DFAR 252.211-7003©(1)(i). Serial Numbering IS required. Fit check is NOT required. This is a One Time Buy (OTB). The price and delivery proposed may be negotiated upon closing of this solicitation. For non-commercial items exceeding the $2,000,000 threshold, Certified Cost and Pricing Data must be submitted. Any prior and official waivers or exceptions granted by the government and applicable to this NSN and solicitation that is cited in your response, must be included with the response. The proposal submission must include a simulated delivery schedule in Microsoft Project or Excel and based upon actual lead time/days after contract award (DACA) until first delivery and subsequent manufacturing capacity. The proposal cover letter must state that all the terms, conditions, and requirements of this RFP were read, fully understood, and totally accounted for by The Boeing Company (CAGE: 77272) in its original response to this RFP. An expedient reply is requested. However, the closing date for the referenced solicitation is no later than the close of business on 01 April 2025. This item is restricted to the following: THE BOEING COMPANY, CAGE CODE: 77272 The technical data for this part has undergone full screening per DFARS PGI 217.7506, Spare Parts Breakout Program. The assigned AMC/AMSC is 3P. It mandates the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer this part. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) – having only a limited number of responsible sources.
