This correspondence constitutes a letter solicitation to add an item to the Honeywell Supplier Capability Contract (SCC) SPE4AX-22-D-0003. All terms and conditions of the SCC will apply to any resultant award of this solicitation. Be advised, however, that this requirement has been advertised on the SAM.Gov website under solicitation number SPRRA1-24-R-0085 for viewing by the general public. In the event another supplier indicates interest in responding to the requirement as a result of viewing the synopsis, a formal solicitation will be issued to accommodate that supplier. In reply, please reference solicitation number SPRRA1-24-R-0085. This letter solicitation is issued for the purpose of adding one (1) National Stock Number (NSN): 6115-01-252-0367, Part Number 28B262-35-C, Noun: Generating System, APU AC 3 Phase 400 HZ 20/23.8 KVA is targeted for this effort. The Government hereby requests your company’s best pricing and delivery proposal for the one (1) NSN attached to this letter for the remainder of the first pricing period ending 29 October 2025. This solicitation is for DLA Direct shipments with terms of FOB and inspection/acceptance at origin. Price and delivery proposals may be negotiated upon closing of this solicitation. For non-commercial items exceeding the $2,000,000 threshold, Certified Cost and Pricing Data must be submitted. Please note that DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Identification and Valuation will apply to the resulting contract. NSN specific requirements are identified in Enclosures 1 and 2 (CSI, FAT, SNRR, TAMMS- A, IUID, Serial Numbering, Production Lot Testing and Contractor Furnished Reusable Containers). Additional clauses may be required for the special requirements listed above but will be addressed on a case-by-case basis as applicable. An expedient reply is requested. However, the closing date for the referenced solicitation is not later than close of business on 30 October 2024.
