This letter Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued for the purpose of acquiring the item identified by the National Stock Number (NSN): 4320-01-643-5963, Part Number: 5323-07, and Noun: Pump, Hydraulic. In reply, please reference Solicitation Number SPRRA1-22-R-0064. The Government requests your best pricing and delivery terms for the part listed and based on an estimated quantity of 480 units for ordering period nine, 1440 units for ordering period ten, for a total of two ordering periods. The Government’s required production lead time is no more than 450 days. The acquisition specialist and point of contact for this solicitation would like to draw your attention to some of the requirements of this solicitation and information that will be detailed in the attachments: • First Article Testing is required IAW FAR 52.209-3 ALT I • Item Unique Identification (IUID) is required IAW DFARS 211.274-2 • Contractor Furnished All Wood Packing Material (WPM) must be ISPM-15 compliant • Serial Number Requirement Reporting (SNRR), The Army Maintenance Management System-Aviation (TAMMS-A), and Serial Numbering are required The price and delivery proposed may be negotiated upon closing of this solicitation. For non-commercial items exceeding the $2,000,000 threshold, Certified Cost and Pricing Data must be submitted and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.408 Table 15-2. The Government requests the following to be included with your proposal: • Procurement Award Justification (PAJ) with all related details contributing to your analysis to support price reasonableness • Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) with all related details contributing to your analysis to support price reasonableness The Government requires the submittal of your Consolidated Bill of Material (CBOM) at the lowest level of detail. Additionally, all OEM’s must provide a comprehensive CBOM that consolidates parts from all different levels. This correspondence constitutes a letter solicitation to add one Depot Level Repairable (DLR) item to contract SPE4AX-14-D-9413. All terms and conditions of SPE4AX-14-D-9413 will apply to any resultant award of this solicitation. This requirement has been advertised as a Contract Opportunity on the SAM.Gov website for viewing by the general public. If another supplier indicates interest in responding to the requirement as a result of viewing the synopsis, a formal solicitation will be issued to accommodate that supplier. An expedient reply is requested. However, the closing date for the referenced solicitation is no later than the close of business on 08 December 2022. Please send your proposal in writing.
