This item is found to be procured from the actual manufacturer or authorized vendor, including a prime contractor who is the actual manufacturer. The data to produce the part is not physically available to the government and it is not economical to buy the data or rights to the data. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
