The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 72 each up to 500 each maximum of a DISPLAY UNIT, FLIGHT, NSN: 6610-01-656-0041, Part Number: 9200-45201-0101 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing (FAT) is 405 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 72 each, 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TOBYHANNA, PA 18466-5059. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 72 each, 2nd Year, 107 each, 3rd Year, 107 each, 4th Year, 107 each, 5th Year, 107 each. This item is restricted to L3 AVIATION PRODUCTS INC., CAGE CODE: 25583. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
