The Government seeks to acquire 150 DATA ACQUISITION UNITS for the BLACKHAWK on a Firm Fixed Price contract. Production lead times are 2385 days after contract award with First Article Testing, or 1590 days without it, with deliveries to TOBYHANNA, PA. This procurement is restricted to the SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION (CAGE: 78286) as the approved source, and no technical data is available to permit acquisition from or qualification of other sources. All offerors and their sources of supply must have an active U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program certification to access the export-controlled technical data. Firms that can produce this specific item are encouraged to identify themselves.
