The Government proposes to acquire on a 5-year indefinite delivery requirement (IDR) firm-fixed price contract, for a minimum quantity of 12 each with an estimated maximum quantity of 52 each of NOUN: POWER CONTROL ASSEM; NSN: 1680-01-658-1388; PART NUMBER: 724VS205-1 APPLICABLE TO THE CH-47 Chinook weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) is 12 each, 270 days after contract award (DACA) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA, 177070-5002. Forecasted quantities are 1?? Year 12 each, 2?? Year 10 each, 3?? Year 10 each, 4?? Year 10 each and 5?? Year 10 each. This item is restricted to Lord Corporation, Cage Code 76005 and The Boeing Company, Cage Code 77272. This item is suitable for competitive acquisition for the first time from the indicated approved source(s) of supply. The government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part form additional sources. This part must be acquired directly from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawings as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website usarmy.redstone.devcom-avmc.mbx.amr-ss-sar@army.mil and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
