The Government proposes to acquire, on a Firm-fixed Price contract, a quantity of 9 each of a PANEL ASSY, PWER DISTRIBUTION (PDP) NSN: 6110-01-657-4249 Part Number: 7-611B11068-103 applicable to the AH-64 Apache weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 9 each, 540 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 9 each, 360 DACA with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000. PRON: AX3F6157AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a Firm-fixed Price contract, a quantity of 4 each of a PANEL ASSY, PWER DISTRIBUTION (PDP), NSN: 6110-01-615-9372 Part Number: 7-611B11068-101 applicable to the AH-64 Apache weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 4 each, 540 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 4 each, 360 DACA with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000. This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, CAGE CODE: 8V613; Lynn Electronics, CAGE CODE 19151; and Echelon Supplies and Services, CAGE CODE: 61125. This item will be acquired for the first time directly from the actual manufacturer as indicated. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. The Government has access to the data but does not own the rights to the data. The rights ownership has been verified through the Project Management Office. There is no cause to contest the ownership of the rights. Reverse engineering is not feasible. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) having only a limited number of responsible sources. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Procurement consists of two or more requirements for supplies, based on forecasted demands. The Government reserves the right to cancel this procurement, partially or in entirety before award. In the event the Government cancels this acquisition (partially or in entirety) before award, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
