The purpose of this amendment to Letter Request for Proposal (RFP) SPRRA1-21-R-0004 released on 30 October 2020 is to update the requirements that have changed during the delayed procurement of the above-mentioned RFP. Amendment 0001 will increase quantities from the original RFP for the following National Stock Number: 1615-01-163-4514 and Part Number 7-211411199-3. The original RFP was issued on 30 October 2020 and the following is a brief overview of the delays that have been encountered. The first delay was a slip in Boeing’s proposal commit date from 31 July 2021 to 15 December 2021. Delay two was another slip in proposal commit date from 15 December 2021 to 31 March 2022. Delay three was a slip in proposal commit date from 31 March 2022 to 31 October 2022. Since there have been multiple delays for this action, DLA’s customer has revised requirements from the original RFP to update the Estimated Annual Demand for one of the NSN’s listed on the original RFP. Along with the revision of quantity, the previous quantities for Year 1 (2021) have been removed due to the lapse in time between the RFP issuance and delayed proposal submittals. In reply, please reference solicitation number SPRRA1-21-R-0004 Amendment 0001. The Government requests your best pricing and delivery terms for the parts based on the quantities listed on the attached Identification of Requirements (IOR) by 27 June 2022. All other terms and conditions from RFP SPRRA1-21-R-0004 dated 30 October 2020 remain unchanged. An expedient reply is requested. Please send your proposal in writing.
