This is a source-controlled/selected-item acquisition for 6 EA of NSN 7R-6115-015817910-E7, delivered FOB origin, and the item must be acquired from or repaired by a Government-approved source. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing/repair knowledge are not available to permit other sources, qualification testing, or second-source use; the item is flight critical and requires Government source approval before award. Only previously approved sources have been solicited, and new-source approval is generally not expected to be completed in time to avoid delaying award. Non-approved sources must submit the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure data with their proposal, and offers lacking required data or prior data-submission documentation will not be considered.
