Only Government-approved sources have been solicited; new sources must submit the required source-approval information from the applicable NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure with their offer or document prior submission. Offers that fail to provide all required source-approval data will not be considered for award. If a new-source approval cannot be processed in time, award may proceed based on Fleet support needs. The Government is not using FAR Part 12 commercial-item policies, though interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item.
