Non-approved sources must submit the NAVSUP WSS source approval information and technical data required by the applicable Spares or Repair brochure with their proposal; offers missing required data will not be considered. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, though responsible sources may identify interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements for consideration in determining whether to compete.
