The requirement is for 7 units of the specified part, delivered FOB origin. The part must be acquired from or repaired by a source identified on a source-control or selected-item drawing under the current DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing/repair knowledge are not available to allow acquisition or repair from other sources, qualification testing of another part, or use of a second-source part. Although selected and altered items normally require an adequate technical data package, the required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained.
