The requirement is for 15 EA of the specified NSN part under TDP version 001, with delivery FOB origin. Acquisition or repair is restricted to source(s) specified on a source-control or selected-item drawing per current DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing/repair knowledge are not available to permit other sources, qualification testing of another part, or use of a second-source part in the intended application. Although altered and selected items would normally have an adequate technical data package, the required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. This is therefore a limited-source requirement.
