The requirement is for 55 units of a source-controlled item that must be acquired from or repaired by a source specified on a source-control or selected-item drawing under DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing/repair knowledge are not available to permit acquisition or repair by other sources, qualification testing of another part, or use of a second-source part. Although selected items would normally have an adequate technical data package, review shows the required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. Delivery is FOB origin.
