This is an urgent, EAF-authority procurement for Critical Safety/Critical Application Items requiring AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent quality certification and a 12-month warranty for noncomplex supplies, with defects to be reported within 45 days of discovery. Offerors must be government-approved sources of supply; distributors of approved sources must provide an authorized distributor letter on the source’s letterhead with their offer. Products must be newly manufactured spares—refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material is unacceptable—except P-8/P-3 platform commercial items readily available on the commercial market and accompanied by current FAA Form 8130-3 airworthiness approval. Critical Safety Item and Contractor Business Systems clauses apply as applicable, and FMS delivery and shipping instructions are included.
