The contractor must maintain a quality control system meeting MIL-I-45208A, MIL-Q-9858, ISO 9000/9001/9002 or equivalent, and develop/maintain repair quality, inspection, and purchased-material control procedures. Requirements include receiving inspection, failure analysis and corrective action, nonconforming material control, contractor IRB for minor nonconformances, Government-retained MRB authority for “as-is” dispositions, and Government review/approval of quality data. The Government may randomly select completed repaired CLINs quarterly for repair assessment testing at the CFA or another Government-designated location, and the contractor must maintain historical records for at least 12 months after end item acceptance.
