This is a new FMS spares requirement with no drawings available, issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities. Award consideration is limited to authorized OEM distributors; if quoting as a distributor, the offeror must provide a verifiable OEM letterhead authorization for the specific part number(s) with the initial proposal, and the Government may validate it with the ESA. Offerors must explicitly accept the noncomplex supplies warranty or propose an acceptable alternate, or their proposal may be deemed technically unacceptable. The warranty covers defects in material, workmanship, and design for 12 months after last delivery, with defect discovery required within 45 days. Applicable DFARS/DLAD clauses include Critical Safety Items and product verification testing where source inspection/acceptance applies, though this ALRE item is identified as non-critical.
