This emergency acquisition is being issued under emergency acquisition flexibilities, with synopsis waived based on urgency. Only newly manufactured spares are acceptable; refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired items are ineligible for award. Offers from non-government-approved sources will be technically unacceptable and ineligible, and distributors of approved sources must submit an authorized distributor letter on the source’s letterhead via email to the buyer point of contact. Critical Safety Item and source inspection/product verification testing requirements may apply, and applicable contractor business systems clauses are incorporated. Mandatory use of Workflow Pro Mod Assist is required.
