This DLA solicitation is issued under emergency acquisition flexibilities, with synopsis waived due to urgency. Only newly manufactured spares are acceptable; refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material will be ineligible for award. Offers from non-government-approved sources will be deemed technically unacceptable. Distributors of approved sources must provide an authorized distributor letter on the source’s letterhead to the buyer point of contact via email. Applicable requirements include Critical Safety Items, source inspection/acceptance with Product Verification Testing, Contractor Business Systems where applicable, and mandatory use of the Workflow Pro mod assist module with contact Robyn.Grinarml@dla.mil.
