This is a new spares requirement with no available drawings, issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities. Award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original equipment manufacturer; distributors must provide an unredacted OEM distributor letter expressly authorizing resale of the exact part number with the initial offer, or the quote will be non-responsive. The contract includes a higher-level quality requirement of ISO 9001 or equivalent. Critical Safety Item requirements and source inspection/acceptance with Product Verification Testing apply as applicable. The warranty of supplies is 12 months after the last delivery under the contract, with a 45-day period after the last delivery referenced in the warranty clause.
