Award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the Original Equipment Manufacturer; distributor offers must include an unredacted OEM distributor letter authorizing resale of the exact part number with the initial offer or be deemed nonresponsive. A higher-level quality requirement applies, requiring ISO 9001 or equivalent. Critical Safety Item and source inspection/Product Verification Testing clauses may apply, and contractor business systems requirements are incorporated as applicable. The warranty of supplies of a noncomplex nature runs for 12 months after the last delivery, with a 45-day period after the last delivery.
