Award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the Original Equipment Manufacturer; distributors must submit an unredacted OEM distributor letter authorizing resale of the exact part number with the initial offer, or the quote will be non-responsive. Quality requirements include ISO 9001 or equivalent, with Critical Safety Item, source inspection/acceptance and product verification testing, and contractor business systems clauses incorporated as applicable. Payment will be through Wide Area Workflow, and warranty terms include 12 months after the last delivery and 45 days after the last delivery.
