This is a new spares requirement with no drawings available, issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities. Award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the Original Equipment Manufacturer, and distributors must submit an unredacted OEM distributor authorization letter with the initial offer or be deemed non-responsive. The requirement incorporates ISO 9001 or equivalent quality requirements, the Critical Safety Item clause, and Product Verification Testing where Government inspection and acceptance occur at source. A 12-month warranty applies after the last delivery under the contract. Contractor Business Systems requirements apply as applicable, and payment will be through Wide Area Workflow.
