This is a new spares requirement with no drawings available, issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities. Award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the Original Equipment Manufacturer, and distributors must provide an unredacted OEM Distributor Letter authorizing resale of the exact part number with the initial offer or be deemed non-responsive. The contractor must meet ISO 9001 or equivalent quality requirements and provide a warranty of noncomplex supplies for 12 months after the last delivery, with remedies exercisable 45 days after the last delivery. Critical Safety Item DFARS clause 252.209-7010 applies, and Government source inspection/acceptance may include Product Verification Testing under DLAD 52.246-9004. As applicable, DFARS Contractor Business Systems clause 252.242-7005 is incorporated.
