Consideration is limited to authorized Original Equipment Manufacturer distributors, and an unredacted OEM distributor authorization letter must be included with the initial quote or the quote will be deemed non-responsive. The requirement includes ISO 9001 or equivalent higher-level quality, Wide Area Workflow payment instructions, and a 12-month warranty after the last delivery with a 45-day defect-notification period. Critical Safety Item DFARS clause 252.209-7010 is incorporated, and source inspection/acceptance may include Product Verification Testing under DLAD 52.246-9004. DFARS Contractor Business Systems clause 252.242-7005 applies as applicable.
