The contractor will repair, test, and inspect articles under the requirements section and must provide all fixtures, jigs, dies, patterns, mylars, special tooling, test equipment, or other manufacturing aids unless expressly stated otherwise. MIL-W-81381 wire is prohibited, with SAE-AS22759 series wire required instead, and any referenced MIL-STD-454 compliance must follow IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C, including personnel training and certification. Yellow-painted items must be fully stripped and repainted with white coating systems using specified pretreatment, epoxy primer, and polyurethane topcoat materials or authorized alternatives. Removed yellow paint must be treated as if it contains lead and chromates, with proper safety and disposal procedures followed. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073, and payment will be handled through Wide Area Workflow invoice/receiving reporting.
