The requirement is being solicited under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF) authority. Offerors must meet a higher-level quality requirement of ISO 9001 or higher, and supplies carry a 365-day warranty with defects to be reported within 45 days of discovery. Payment will be made through Wide Area Workflow using a combined invoice and receiving report. The mandatory Workflow Pro (WFP) Mod Assist module applies, along with various clauses covering equal opportunity, security prohibitions, Buy American/trade agreements, and transportation of supplies by sea. Evaluation will follow commercial products and commercial services procedures.
