Government source approval is required before award; only previously approved sources have been solicited, and the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1. A prospective new source must submit the required Source Approval Information Brochure data with its offer, and offers lacking the required data or documentation of a pending/previous source-approval submission will not be considered.
