This is a critical application item solicited under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities authority, formerly known as Special Emergency Procurement Authority. The contractor must meet ISO 9001 or higher quality requirements, mark items in accordance with MIL-STD-130, and apply MIL-STD-2073 packaging as specified elsewhere in the schedule. A noncomplex supply warranty applies for 365 days, with defects to be reported within 45 days after discovery. Payment instructions require Wide Area Workflow using an invoice and receiving report combo.
